Auston Clanton to Succeed Karen Johnson as COO at Creative Solutions
Auston Clanton has been promoted to COO at Creative Solutions in Healthcare, effective January 1, 2025. Clanton, who has been with the company since 2012, will succeed Karen Johnson, who is retiring after a distinguished 14-year tenure. Clanton's career at Creative Solutions began as an HR coordinator, and he quickly rose through the ranks, taking on new leadership roles such as administrator, lead area administrator, and divisional VP of operations. His leadership has been integral to the success of numerous acquisitions and facility transitions.
Johnson, the company's first COO, played a pivotal role in expanding Creative Solutions from 30 to 170 facilities, making it the most significant long-term care operator in Texas. She expressed her confidence in Clanton's ability to lead the company into the future, ensuring continued growth and success.
Tim Lehner Appointed CEO of Consulate Health Care
Tim Lehner has taken on the role of CEO at Consulate Health Care, effective since May. Lehner, who joined the Consulate during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, previously served as COO and focused on enhancing the company's reliance on technology. Before joining the Consulate, Lehner held significant new leadership roles, including COO at S&F Health Management and VP of Development at Avamere Health Services.
